A truly stunning one bedroom apartment, forming part of an iconic period property and revealing a stylish and immaculately presented interior. Converted in recent years, the quality of the conversion is second to none and the finish is to a very high standard, with quality fixtures and fittings used throughout. A particular feature of the apartment is a low maintenance, enclosed courtyard garden, with gated access from the rear. There is also a brick built store (10' 9'' x 7' 0'' (3.27m x 2.14m)) with power and light. This also houses the boiler. The apartment also boasts a vented air system and underfloor heating.
Internally double doors lead from the courtyard into a very spacious open plan living space with solid wood flooring, including a stylish fitted kitchen with high gloss units and integrated appliances, plus a lounge with feature fireplace, housing a wood burning stove. There is still space for a good size dining table, whilst the understairs space has cleverly been used to incorporate a WC. There is a very generous double bedroom with fitted storage, dressing area and good size bathroom, fitted with a modern three piece white suite, plus shower and chrome heated towel rail.
